iPhoto + pixum

I use iPhoto to manage and organize my photos. Occasionally, I order reprints from pixum. Today preparing some christmas presents I discovered the pixum iPhoto plugin. Similar to the Picasa export a new pixum export tab has been created. Quite handy - but I have the impression that the upload takes longer compared to the web upload (but that makes no sense).
